Hi! I’m Emma, an American living in Amsterdam. After living in Oud Zuid for one month I threw a big Saturday night dinner party for my new found friends. I spent the day in farmers markets, florists, bakeries, grocery and home goods stores - gathering the best ingredients, setting the scene, and preparing every dish and detail by hand. I loved that Saturday and the countless Saturdays in the past where I’ve done the same.

I’m so excited to launch my passion project, Ghost Host, otherwise known as an excuse to spend my free time behind a film camera, stove and cocktail shaker. It would be my pleasure to ghost host your next dinner party, hope to see you on a Saturday soon!
